Location: Washington, DC (Remote is fine. But must be able to travel to DC)

This role will support the mobile APP- Ionic, AEM, Ionic Cordova, and Angular

Need a resource with development skills, to tag the incidents, troubleshoot incidents, and defects, drive resolution and work with end-to-end team and QA team, central point of contact who can analyze the issues then direct the responses. Ionic skills and angular skills, if has Backend knowledge that is a plus. They will do the actual work and be the POC. 50% POC and 50% Operational and support analyst

The resource will handle all the support activities, Incident
management and troubleshooting, defect fixes for the
eCommerce development team for Amtrak.com & Amtrak
Mobile App.

_ Expertise in Ionic, Cordova_
• Expertise in Angular, Typescript, HTML and CSS
• Extensive experience delivering solutions to enable
personalized customer experience across various digital
channels leveraging the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
platform, Adobe Ecosystem such as Adobe Target & Adobe

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
