RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record and reconcile financial information
• Review and post accounts payables and accounts receivable batches
• Reconcile bank statements
• Process monthly journal entries accordingly
• Review general ledger for accuracy prior to month-end close
• Assist management with special projects when requested

SKILLS AND EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance/Accounting or a related field
• 1 + years’ demonstrated experience in accounting, audit or other relevant professional capacity.
• 1 + years’ CPA firm experience preferred.
• Experience working in healthcare industry preferred
• Proficient at working in accounting software
• QuickBooks experience required
• Advanced Excel Skills & working with large amounts of data
• Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to accuracy and detail

Job Duties:

• Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Expense reports
• Presenting budgets and reports to upper management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
