What you’ll do:

• Work with key stakeholders to create the site CMMS.
• Prioritize and plan workload.
• Help to create preventative maintenance procedures.
• Participate in the establishment of spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, outside service providers, and support staff.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in maintenance related field.
• 10 years experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Previous experience with chemical operating equipment such as tanks, pumps, agitators, valves, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Able to work in a team atmosphere to support a PSM site.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Enterprise Asset Management CMMS
• Project management
• Creating and building new systems

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
