We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-commerce Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development best practices and experience working with e-commerce platforms and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Build and maintain an e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience for customers
Optimize the website for maximum speed and scalability
Implement security measures to protect sensitive customer information
Ensure compatibility with various browsers and devices
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise on the website
Work with designers and content creators to ensure website aesthetics and content are in line with company standards
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Ecommerce Web Developer
Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience with E-commerce platforms specifically Shopify.
Knowledge of responsive web design and development
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred)
