What we trust you with:
Delight customers through timely and competent response to their needs, coupled with clear communication.
Visit customers (primarily universities and hospitals) for preventive maintenance actions, fault analysis, upgrades, installation, maintenance, and repair to achieve optimum customer care and ensure professional service with effective and efficient working practices.
Efficiently organize your time and complete paperwork to ensure that our trains run on time. Follow FDA, ISO and Leica policies
Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region are provided a professional after-sales service.
Support Sales Representatives in activities such as installations and demo/exhibitions.
Exchange valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer happiness and sales.
Collaborate closely with Customer Care to ensure smooth and fast processes and information flow.
Write detailed technical reports.
Consistently build your technical expertise on our solutions to become a more valued asset to our customers and our organization while representing the company in a professional manner.
Drive continuous improvement in your area of expertise by providing product feedback, suggesting efficiency improvements, and optimizing our service delivery processes.
Help our organization grow by high quality support of our existing customers and by helping us identify new customers and opportunities during your time in the field.
Your areas and knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
High School Diploma
Preferred Associates Degree in technical field or equivalent experience in technical field
Military experience are highly relevant (Avionics a plus)
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form.
Ability to understand, diagnose, and troubleshoot sophisticated equipment with use of diagnostic tools i.e., multi-meter etc.
