SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE – LAS VEGAS, NEVADA

D’Andrea Visual Communications, LLC (DVC) is a multi-faceted printing company located in Cypress, CA and Las Vegas, NV which provides a variety of graphic products and services to its clients including retail signage, fabric frames, light boxes, packaging, and brochures. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales and Marketing Associate to work with the Vice President of Business Development to promote our minority owned business status with current and prospective clients.

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Design and implement marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
• Contact customers and prospective customers to discuss our minority owned status, diversity, and inclusion.
• Build strategic partnerships.
• Send out marketing materials.
• Use HubSpot to create and send marketing emails to customers.
• Track and report on email campaigns using HubSpot analytics.
• Manage existing social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create written and visual content for social media posts and emails.
• Use web analytic resources to report on effectiveness of social media engagement.
• Keep HubSpot and social media accounts up to date.
• Work with the VP of Business Development to strategize, plan, and execute email and social media campaigns.
• Assist sales team with sales decks for client presentations.
• Create content for company blog and update blog on company website.
• Attend mixers, conferences and meetings in Las Vegas and Los Angeles for minority owned businesses.

Minimum qualifications for this position are:

• Three, or more, years’ experience in social media management.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar service.
• Knowledge of the Adobe CC Suite preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting and editing ability.
• The ability to work independently with minimal direction while meeting deadlines.
• Basic CSS and HTML editing skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.

This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday.
