Human Resources Coordinator Organizational & Employee Development

The HR Coordinator for Organizational Development will manage administrative tasks for the organizational development functions and programs in the department of Organizational and Employee Development. This includes providing coordination and support for programs such as leadership and professional development, general orientation, organizational learning, employee engagement, and performance. This role is the primary contact for program-related activity and system applications (documentation management, reporting, etc.).
Responsibilities:
· Coordinates all program-related logistics, including arranging conference space, catering, and A/V resources.
· Manages all project management-related tasks, such as creating agendas, taking minutes, scheduling meetings, and creating and updating Gantt charts for various work streams.
· Provides technical support for virtual programs and facilitators.
· Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of structures and processes that support organizational development programs and functions.
· Organizes, obtains, produces, and maintains materials for organizational development programs and functions.
· Designs/develops, manages, monitors, and oversees financial and informational administrative systems needed to facilitate efficient operations.
· Identifies opportunities for improvement and enhancement of processes and operational tasks.
· Screens and assigns priority to correspondence, requests, and inquiries.
· Compiles and analyzes data for inclusion in reports, presentations and other communications.
· Develops and coordinates marketing and communication materials and processes.
· Assists and serves as project team member on department and organizational projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years’ experience in an administrative/office setting, or the equivalent in education and experience required.
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
· Highly organized and process-oriented with superb attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
· A self-starter, recognizing work to be done before being asked.
· Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
· Ability to demonstrate professionalism and maintain a high degree of confidentiality required.
