The Role:
Datafold is looking for an experienced and resourceful People Operations leader to help us provide a great working environment for our multinational remote team. As the People Operations Lead, you will report directly to CEO, partner with Head of Recruiting and be responsible for human resources processes including onboarding/offboarding, training, compliance, payroll, device management, and assist the leadership on executing key People initiatives such as performance reviews, career ladders and development trajectories.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in global HR / People Roles
Extensive experience establishing and managing payroll, benefits, compliance, device management using modern software such as Gusto, Rippling, etc.
Experience in a remote multinational team environment
Outstanding work ethic, stress management, and ability to deal with stressful and sensitive matters
Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to effectively connect with people of different cultural, professional and language backgrounds
Exceptional self-organization and ability to plan, lead and execute complex projects
