*Daily Deposits
*Posting and balancing parts statement
*Warranty Cancellations
*Account breakdowns
*1099’s
*8300 forms
*Clearing Schedules

Experience and Skills:
*AP/AR experience a MUST
*CDK experience is a plus
*Able to work under pressure and prioritize
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
*Good work ethic, integrity, and the ability to multi-task
*Personable
*Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
*Organization and planning skills
*Communication Skills
*Problem analysis and problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time
