Duties And Responsibilities
Work Environment
Work is performed in an office environment, though incumbent may make occasional visits to various locations within the District of Columbia Metropolitan Area.
Education And Experience
At least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the CS-12 grade level in the District of Columbia government service, or its non-District equivalent is required. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the candidate with the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the work of the position that includes expert knowledge of, and skill in applying, a wide range of advanced recruitment, staffing and placement concepts and practices, as well as seasoned consultative skills sufficient to solve a wide range of complex, interrelated HRM problems and issues, and to analyze trends and forecast changes in workforce requirements that will meet future mission demands.; OR an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
Licensure/Certification And Other Requirements
The incumbent of this position will be subject to enhanced suitability screening pursuant to Chapter 4 of DC Personnel Regulations, Suitability – Security Sensitive.
This position is not represented under a collective bargaining unit.
