JOB SUMMARY
Researches and recommends effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Sources candidates to build talent pools in preparation for anticipated open positions to minimize time-to-fill rate for future open positions. Performs all phases of the recruiting process to ensure all open positions are filled in a timely manner.
