Check In Cars
What You’ll do; 1. Check in cars into Auction inventory & Sale as they enter the check in gate for the first time. 2. Complete basic condition s for consignment & inventory for all incoming cars. 3. Take images of all the lease & tow cars as they arrive at the check in gate. 4. Assist with watching, opening, and closing all gates when needed.
What we are looking for; 1. A highly motivated individual that demonstrates excellent customer service.& can work in a fast paced environment. 2. Someone who ensures safety, follows company policies & procedures, & will pass a drug/background check. 3. Excellent organizational & time management skills. 4. Highschool diploma or GED.
Condition Writer
What you’ll do; 1. Assess vehicle condition when it is received on the auction property. 2. Prepare support documents related to vehicle condition. Submit those s through tablet or iPad. 3. Complete thorough Pre and Post sale inspections to reduce auction liability. 4. Perform light mechanical duties, e.g., installing batteries, inflating tires, & Preparing vehicles for inspection. 5. Provide direct customer service to dealer reps, account representatives, rental agents, etc. 6. Work in all types of weather.
What we are looking for; 1. A highly motivated person that demonstrates excellent customer service & has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 2. A person who ensures safety, follows company policies & procedures at all times, & can pass a drug/background check. 3. A valid driver’s license and clean MVR . 4. General knowledge of automotive body & mechanical work. 5. A High School diploma (GED).
Hours
Mon – Tues 9 am – 4 pm, Wed. 9 am – 5 pm, Thurs. 7:30 am – 5 pm, Fri. 9 am – 1 pm
