Dealhubio Hiring for HRBP at Austin, TX Full Time

DealHub is a hyper-growth, fast-paced and innovative company and we are hiring an HRBP for the American site with the same attitude!

As an experienced and results-driven HRBP, you will act as one-(wo)man-show and be responsible for all HR and Recruitment processes of the US team. Starting with managing all recruitment processes, running orientation and onboarding plans, designing succession plans DealHubs’ employees, and being responsible for welfare activities and strategy.

During your work, you’ll be working closely with the managers and the HR team in Israel as well.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as HR Manager / HRBP in global startups/tech companies
• Proven experience with recruiting on a large scale
• Energetic and proactive attitude
• Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized
• Degree in human resources management / similar
• Willing to work in Austin, TX

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $63,425.96 – $139,982.35 per year
