Job Description
- Receive shipments for hot orders and stock orders in the company software.
- Coordinate with Provision Purchasing Supervisor and Stock Purchasing Associate for any missing or damaged items from the PO.
- Coordinate with warehouse manager to finalize the orders that are ready.
- Mark ready pallets on the load sheets.
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading the vehicles if needed.
- Keep record of invoices and packing lists received.
- Check for expiration dates of the items received to comply with company standards.
- Record temperature of the items received.
- Coordinate with dry and freezer/cooler stocker to place the items on the shelves.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisor for any items to be returned.
- Arrange return pick ups with the vendor drivers.
- Inform General Manager when inventory is low on supplies
