About Us:
Defense Strategies Institute (DSI) was created in 2012 to form a non-partisan, relevant, sustainable, and ethical organization operating primarily within the Department of Defense and Federal Government sectors. Our Founding Partners created DSI with the vision of using their expertise in political/military affairs, government relations and military operations to help advance mission critical success through annual conferences, necessary industry dialogue and ‘on the pulse’ debates amongst the respective US National Security offices and defense industries while at the same time helping to support those that deserve it most: our wounded warriors and veterans.

About the Role – Defense and Government Conference Program Associate:
As a Program Associate, you will conduct research on several topics areas within the U.S. defense and intelligence sectors; you will be looking for industry trends, acquisition priorities, and opportunities for business growth. Following the research phase, the successful candidate will then work with a world class team to develop an agenda for a two day conference around their findings. Speakers and topics will derive from senior level Military, Defense and Government Leaders. The targeted audience is primarily the private sector who are interested in or currently do business with the government, as well as active members of the defense, intelligence and government sector.
The culmination of the work of a conference program associate will result in a high caliber industry meeting over two days, primarily in the Washington DC area that is facilitated and managed by the program associate with the support of DSI Senior leadership.
