Job Description

THE POSITION:

Our powerhouse team is actively seeking an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing agency. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for digital marketing and has a genuine interest in growing their careers in this space. This is a mid to senior level position based out of our Atlanta office with occasional travel to client locations.

As an account manager, you will play a key role with clients assisting them in all facets of client service and interacting with multiple digital advertising disciplines including:

• Website and Digital Experiences
• Multi-channel brand and content campaigns
• Email

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the client day-to-day liaison
• Work cross-functionally with the various departments of the agency and client team members on all aspects of projects
• Work with the resource manager to estimate future resource needs and plan for short-term unknowns when it comes to the assigned client
• Work with senior members of client teams to provide strategic consultation for digital and marketing automation experiences
• Manage design, UX, and content development to support digital initiatives
• Manage client approval/signoffs at project milestones
• Manage, administer, and communicate detailed project schedules to internal and client teams
• Set client expectations and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Manage the internal process for delivering client projects on strategy, within scope and on budget
• Responsible for budget revenue recognition and forecasting
• Lead and develop strategic recommendations based on clear understanding of client’s business goals
• Ensure project details are up to date and contain all relevant documentation, budget and contact information on internal systems
• Foster strong relationships with client personnel
• Seek ongoing client opportunities for growth and increased revenue for the agency
• Support internal business activity as needed:
  • Information collection and analysis
  • Presentation preparation and delivery
  • Proposal development

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-7 years of digital agency experience
• Experience delivering digital marketing initiatives to clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate interest in the digital world and what it can offer consumers and clients
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Familiar with marketing automation strategy
