What you’ll achieve
The Program Consultant, Talent Acquisition will support North America Sales and Customer Operations recruiting, responsible for providing effective thought leadership, analyzing data/metrics, and hands-on project management responsibilities. You will also develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders; leverage their insight to develop recruitment strategies and identify cross-organizational synergies and dependencies. You will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leadership, Talent Acquisition leadership and HR Business Partners.
You will:
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR and Operational leaders to define high level business intent and features, drive solution decisions and ensure finished products meet the needs of the business.
Define strategy and content of project delivery, be able to operate in an agile environment and actively manage the project plan and resources to ensure success.
Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement, develop recruiting strategies and lead and support talent initiatives that ensure recruiters have the tools necessary to hire successful team members.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders; leverage their insight to develop recruitment strategies and identify cross-organizational synergies and dependencies.
Develop and execute communication plans that keep the business informed of TA project activities and progress.
Essential Requirements
10+ years of in-depth experience within Talent Acquisition systems, processes, and programs preferred.
5+ years of experience in program management, ideally in a global, complex organization.
Bachelor or graduate level degree in Human Resources or related studies.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Desirable Requirements
Demonstrate strong executive presence, deliver presentations to senior level executives on behalf of the Sales TA team (both regional and global).
Demonstrate strong business judgment, consulting, excellent communication and problem- solving skills along with excellent reporting and data analysis skills to identify trends and process gaps.
