Work you’ll do:
As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager for Deloitte Technology, you will play a key role in implementing DEI Strategy in Global Operations groups and geographies around the world. Led by the DTTL People DEI Leader and accountable to the DEI Sponsor within each business, you will be responsible for implementing activities required for each business to achieve their quarterly and annual DEI goals, as well as fostering a culture of inclusion.
Key areas of focus will include:
Implement an integrated fiscal year (FY) DEI action plan across Deloitte Technology based on FY DEI priorities set by the respective business leader, DEI sponsor, Global DEI Leader, and People Advisors
Develop, design and support DEI programming for business units of in-scope Technology groups to align to each business’s FY DEI priorities and corresponding action plan, consulting with each to understand and customize actions to their unique needs and geographies
Manage monthly reporting and analysis process as well as design and share monthly communications on progress to respective business leader, DEI sponsor, Global DEI Leader, and People Advisors
Promote project development and further talent enablement activities as required
Collaborate with Global People COEs as needed to further progress on DEI priorities of in-scope Technology groups, for example:
Partnering with Analytics and reporting team and recommend adjustments to reporting categories or other metric measurements
Partnering with the People Advisory team to integrate DEI into our overall HR support services
Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to support Recruiters programmatically diverse sourcing initiatives
Partnering with Learning team to support implementation of training and development programs to further enable and enhance DEI strategic execution
Partnering with People and Culture team to support implementation of DEI programs that transform employee commitment and engagement

Knowledge of HR/Talent Management processes and functions.
Demonstrated success in building, driving, leading, and implementing innovative and comprehensive enterprise-wide DEI strategies in large, complex global organizations.
Experience leading complex, multifaceted projects with proven results
Excellent project management experience in navigating multiple workstreams of a strategy in a global context. Strong organizational skills, program delivery and program management experience
Experience working with DEI vendors and managing vendor relationships
Other Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Strong public speaking and group facilitation skills.
