The Consulting Learning & Development COE team focuses on a variety of development priorities that cover cross-consulting, level, and Offering Portfolio / Offering specific programs. Our work holistically enables practitioners to gain knowledge, build skills and sustain desired behavior changes with foundational focus on our core capabilities. This can include a range of solutions including developmental resources, guidance and tools, inspirational/engaging marketing and communications, formal and informal learning, and additional practitioner support.

Job Overview
Serve as a Lead Specialist for the W2DC (Welcome to Deloitte: Consulting) program and support the vision and execution of learning and development for experienced hires in consulting. W2DC is a robust onboarding program that includes multiple components, including on-demand resources, live-virtual sessions, and live, in-person programing. This role supports W2DC and is mainly focused on managing the delivery of W2DC Activate, our blended learning transition acceleration program held weekly. Managing W2DC Activate will require close partnership with other specialists and our program delivery team to execute program logistics, update program content, as well as track and report program metrics.
Key Skillsets: This role requires someone who can excel in learning design and development, and who can confidently project manage, communicate effectively and partner with stakeholders across the business. Candidates must be able to manage up and report issues requiring support, operate with agility, and be solution oriented. Candidates must thrive in a team-oriented, collaboration-based environment where ideating and innovating to tackle big challenges are the norm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78,570 to $144,695.
