Work you’ll do:

The TrueServe™ Marketing Operations Consultant is responsible for driving digital marketing campaigns, managing event execution, and tracking campaign performance. You will lead execution of marketing programs to drive pipeline and create visibility. You will be responsible for building, executing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns. In this hands-on role, you must be hyper-organized with strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate development and delivery of content and deliverables for TrueServe™ marketing campaigns and events
• Work in partnership with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors to coordinate activities
• Support a broad mix of marketing programs including lead generation, lead management, and lead nurture
• Work with Deloitte’s internal agency for campaign development and deployment
• Monitor, track, and campaign performance
• Test campaign landing pages, emails, forms, and other campaign assets
• Coordinate and manage event presence for TrueServe™ in collaboration with the business and alliance teams
• Handle all pre-event and on-site logistics and provide post-event debrief
• Prepare lead upload lists and track lead flow across the funnel and follow-up with sales on lead status
• Update and maintain campaign and event calendars
• Develop best practices and participate in strategy documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign operations in B2B organizations
• Experience in understanding campaign KPIs and ing
• Experience managing multiple projects
• High proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Resourcefulness to find necessary information in a complex organization
• Proven presentation, project management, and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
• Demonstrable organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and keep time sensitive, highly visible projects running smoothly
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of prior experience in creating and managing multi-channel, full funnel marketing programs
• Experience leading event coordination and execution
• Experience working with a team in a virtual mode with remote resources
