The National PPMD Talent team sets strategy for the PPMD lifecycle and collaborates with all of the Deloitte businesses to develop, assess, and guide the careers of our Partners, Principals and Managing Directors (“PPMDs”), in an objective, unbiased manner for talent-related matters. The PPMD Performance Management team oversees, leads, and collaborates with the businesses/channels and Firm Leadership in the strategic design and execution of the PPMD performance management, peering, and earnings allocation / compensation processes. The team’s primary focus is driving fair and equitable processes for PPMDs.
More about the PPMD Talent Performance Management Senior Role:
This role is responsible for assisting the PPMD Talent Performance Management team to execute advanced data analytics and reporting throughout the performance management lifecycle – goal setting, talent reviews, assessments, peering, unit allocation / compensation, and special projects. Superior Excel and intermediate Tableau skills are required along with a high degree of flexibility and ability to handle ambiguity, changing priorities, and large sets of highly confidential / sensitive information will be required.
Position Reports to: PPMD Performance Management Leader
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Conduct complex quantitative analyses on PPMD performance management data across multiple cohorts to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Design and build Tableau dashboards and visualizations to communicate analysis outcomes to executive audiences
Help prepare executive level deliverables for Talent leadership, the U.S. Executive Committee, and the U.S. Board of Directors
Conduct ad-hoc PPMD data analyses (e.g., population reporting and trends, cohort identification for various firm programs and initiatives)
Manage deadlines, project timelines and deliverables as required by specific project scope and leadership review cycles
Develop relationships, establish credibility, and instill confidence with stakeholders, peers, and leaders across the national and business/channel PPMD Talent teams
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; prior experience in a professional services firm is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency with analysis, interpretation, and presentation of large data sets
Superior experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Teams, and SharePoint
Intermediate Tableau skills required
Proven ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information
Client service experience and consultative/client-focused mentality with executive demeanor
Strong at multi-tasking and self-managing in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and ability to prioritize and follow through
Ability to be fully dedicated during peak time (generally May to August)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64,935 to $133,330.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
