The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for conducting full cycle recruitment for Delta Dental’s Corporate and Technology teams, supporting all functions. Responsibilities of the position include updating and maintenance of recruitment-related systems and databases, and responsibility for the on-boarding process.
How you will make an impact:
Participates in the full life-cycle of recruitment for open requisitions, from sourcing the best talent to effective screening of candidates, conducting meaningful and productive interviews, negotiating optimal terms and onboarding candidates as needed.
Reviews position details and desired competencies for each opening with the Hiring Manager(s).
Ensures a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates in all markets and establish networking relationships with a diverse pool of candidates
Creates a positive candidate experience by setting clear expectations, frequent communication, timely feedback and education on Delta Dental.
Acts as a functional owner of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), other recruitment tools/platforms and their data integrity.

What we look for:
2+ years of experience along with a Bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrated sourcing, networking and internet search skills; proficiency with internet job boards.
Organization and time management skills.
Detail oriented, flexible and creative with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
Knowledge and understanding of compensation policies and practices.
Knowledge of ATS systems.
Interviewing and negotiation skills.
Strong work ethic and be a team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, responds quickly, deliver results under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

As Delta Dental navigates our Return-to-Office strategy, the expectation around work location for certain roles may be offsite until a future date, determined by Delta Dental Management.
