Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system, management, and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.
Pulls and analyzes data for process improvements within the department along with weekly and monthly reporting.
Creates insightful executive-level dashboards using data visualization tools (ServiceNow Reporting and Analytics, Tableau, etc).
Works with internal customers and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and needs, facilitates the creation of those reports, and manages long term enhancements and creates additional reporting as needed.
Support analysis of employee exit survey results from to identify trends and draw conclusions to communicate insights to Senior HR leadership with strong attention to detail and high standards of quality in partnership with HR owners, HR Analytics, and HR OAP.
Provide useful insights to our team that will lead to proactive learning and development opportunities aligned with performance KPIs
Develop automated reports and analyses with direction from other senior members on the team
Present findings to ER COE and business partner leaders
Support executive decision making by performing ad-hoc analyses and coordinating presentations across the commercial divisions.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Must have a bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of three years of relevant work experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous experience identifying, cleaning, and structuring new data sources preferred
Successful candidates will have experience with some or all of the following: SQL, SAS, R, Tableau or other database interface tools and languages like Visual Basic, Perl, Python, UNIX or other basic functional programming tools
Should have strong skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Project.
Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple requests with varying timelines.
Must demonstrate professional maturity, including sound judgment and decision making, and be able to present output to internal customers and executive leadership in a clear and concise manner to successfully influence stakeholders.
Must be comfortable working in group and individual settings.
Make things happen without frequent management direction and know when to communicate status or escalate issues to their manager, teammates or stakeholders.
Enjoy working in a high-profile environment with fluid priorities, ambiguity and extremely aggressive deadlines.
