Job Description
As an Industrial Designer at our Madison studio, you will be part of a team of creative professionals crafting user-centered products. You will join a team of experienced Industrial Designers and work closely with he design research, interaction design, and engineering teams to create an impact in the medical, consumer, and commercial spaces. Whether expanding our design methods, investigating new materials, and manufacturing methods, or applying emerging technologies, we are looking for an Industrial Designer who is passionate about driving change and crafting a better future for our clients and their customers. This is a hybrid position based in our Madison studio.
Job Responsibilities
Champion industrial design with clients and within internal teams
Identify and translate relevant insights into compelling design solutions
Guide strategic product vision, leading design processes and creative outcomes, building
client relationships, and project management
Contribute to cross-functional collaboration through all phases of the design process, from insights gathering to manufacturing-ready deliverables
Generate world-class tangible deliverables, including concept sketching and CAD rendering
Provide creative vision with confidence for both internal and client teams
Develop innovative solutions across both physical and digitally connected product experiences
Lead clients through problem definition and innovation process during workshop sessions
