We are a fast-growing plumbing company specializing in new construction homes. We work with all of the major builders in the front range and are expanding into new markets. Our office is growing – come grow with us! Here is what we are looking for:

Account Receivables:

This position primarily will assist with collecting past due invoices and open sales orders while maintaining a working relationship with our building partners.

P&L Analysis:

· Generate, analyze and distribute weekly job profitability reports

· Prepare monthly commission schedules, tracking projects

· Perform routine accounting duties that affect the day to day operations of the company.

· Prepare management reports by collecting, analyzing & summarizing data as requested

· Document & enter financial transactions, general journal entries

· Assist in month & year end closings

Other:

· Assist with special projects as requested.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Maintain customer confidence & protect operations by keeping financial information confidential

· Maintain financial confidentiality with job costing questions, reports, and analysis.’
