Responsibilities
· Demonstrate exceptional hospitality while providing our customers with a memorable experience to ensure their satisfaction
- Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner and explain our menu and specials
- Accurately take orders and input into Point of Sale system
- Run food and pre-buss tables
- Accept payment from customers, count money accurately and process credit cards
- Ensure proper set up and cleanliness of station before, during and after shift
- Keep server alley clean and stocked
- Abide by all laws and policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- Work with other servers in a team-oriented environment which includes refilling drinks and running food for other servers
- Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
