• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous management experience of at least 2 years
• ServSafe Manager Certification
• Successful completion of the Denny’s Franchise Management Training Program
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Available to work any shifts, including night, weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
