Dermatology Practice Hiring for Medical Office Associate Job at Hillsborough, NJ Full Time

Come and join a fast-paced medical and surgical dermatology office, whose goal is to change the patient experience. We are looking for an energetic, caring, customer-service-oriented person to be our “face up front”. The right fit for our small team will be someone with a patient first attitude, focused on quality and is detail oriented. Experience in a dermatology or plastic surgery office preferred but would consider a motivated candidate from the hospitality industry. The job duties include, answering phones, scheduling appointments, fielding calls from patients and welcoming them to our office, verifying insurance and posting payments to our EMR. Must be comfortable with computers/EMR, with friendly and warm phone presence! Within the last year we have expanded to a second location and would like there to be flexibility with our staff to travel to both locations. This can be discussed in further detail upon application reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical office experience: 1 year (Preferred)
