The Special Education Teacher is responsible for providing academic instruction to assigned patients in a structured classroom environment designed to promote intellectual, emotional and social growth. He/She will develop teaching plans that are appropriate to the ages and populations served, specifically children and adolescents (ages 11-22) with emotional, developmental and/or behavioral problems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education with SPED certification K-12
- Experience working with individuals with autism/IDD is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support strategies required.
- Bilingual a plus
