The Sr Manager, Human Capital Management Portfolio reduces manual data entry and speeds up critical onboarding and employee-related workflows. This position is more on the technical side of HR.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the field and office employees allowing organizations to hire better and faster as well as empower employees for time off, expenses and pay stubs.
• Work with a team, both direct and indirect, to drive our product(s) direction and growth. You will own a product roadmap to deliver short- and long-term growth. This growth includes driving ARR, ACV Bookings and user adoption. Your strategy will accelerate HCM growth and attach to our ERP customer base. You will spend time in the market understanding our customer’s problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market. You will communicate with all areas of the company and work with engineering and user experience counterparts to define product requirements.
• You will collaborate with marketing and product marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for the solution offering, working with the sales channel and key customers.
• Own and drive HCM growth strategy including project/sprint management, communications, requirement gathering, support orchestration, executive status updates and business partner relationship management.

• Set your engineering teams up for success by collaborating closely in sprint activities, providing them with relevant user stories, and guiding them in effort estimation.

• Collaborate with other product managers, engineering staff, UX designers and other stakeholders to develop and maintain the roadmap for products and features.

• Manage the entire product line life cycle from ideation and strategic planning to tactical initiatives.

• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and prospects.

• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

• Ultimate responsibility for shipping products with meaningful business results, and sharing that success with the whole team

• Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following: product marketing, product development, product planning, consulting environment or an equivalent combination.

• Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and persuasively, and drive a high level of focus and excellence with a talented dev team.

• Experience in HRIS platforms or products

• Experience working with fully remote teams across time zones in high-speed tech environment

• Experience in construction management or construction-specific enterprise software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $122,000.00 – $205,000.00 per year
