Duties & Responsibilities:

· Communication with Vendors and Builders

· Maintain accurate lot listings for a community & monitor the production schedule of each property.

· Request and obtain required building permits and plan from builders

· Keep complete and accurate master sets of all home blueprints and floorplan layouts

· Provide administrative support for the supervisors

· Preparation of Takeoffs

· Data Entry

· Understanding Construction Plans (a plus) – Will Train

Qualifications:

· 2-3 years of experience in a customer service/administrative experience

· Computer Skills (Excel), Outlook

· Multi-Tasker

· Self-Motivator

· Detailed Oriented

· Communication skills

· Ability to read blue prints (preferred)

· Construction experience a plus
