PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Supports the mission, core values and customer service of Home Dialysis Services & Dialysis Care Center, LLC (HDS/DCC).
Adheres to the HDS/DCC Policies and Procedures and Compliance Program including all state and federal regulatory requirements.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the efficient operations of the Human Resources Department to include but not limited to managing the full recruitment cycle, overseeing the daily workflow of the department, employee relations, and enforcing company policies and practices.
PRIMARY DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:
Managing the full recruitment cycle process and ensuring efficiency.
Managing the Talent Acquisition team, including development, guidance, performance evaluations, corrective action, or termination.
Maintaining the Open Positions and reporting weekly.
Responsible for the completion of all preemployment screenings of new hires and ensure that all results are appropriate and received before the candidate can start.
Responsible for the compliance of the files based on state, federal and company requirements, including but not limited to application, release form, I-9, all preemployment screening results, IDs, current licenses, etc.
Ensuring that the Clinic files including the required documents are sent to the respective clinics.
Monitoring and managing metrics of the Human Resources department and possibly other departments.
Responsible for Employee Relations, completing thorough investigations & guiding managers through the Corrective Action process.
Maintaining and managing Worker’s Compensation documents and follow up.
Managing the unemployment process to include but not limited to responding and/or protesting unemployment claims.
Updating Job descriptions as needed.
Act as a backup to the Compensation and Benefit Coordinator.
Participate in individual & group projects as directed by management.
Other duties, as assigned.
EXPERIENCE and REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting; experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel a must.
Good presentation & communication skills
Must be productive & resourceful with the ability to meet deadlines
Must be detail-oriented to ensure all required documentation is in proper files per state and federal requirements
EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:
BS degree is required
5-8 years of Human Resources recruitment experience is required.
HR management experience is strongly preferred.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a self-starter who can work independently yet function in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong data entry, organizational and interpersonal skills.
High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility.
Must maintain confidentiality of the information shared in the HR department.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Responsible for supporting the values and customer service standards of HDS/DCC.
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all staff, clients and vendors
Develops and maintains professional relationships through effective and timely communication.
Initiates action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.

Day to day work includes desk and personal computer work and interaction with employees. The position may require travel between assigned facilities and various locations. Travel to scheduled staff meetings may be required.
The work environment is characteristic of a health care facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels.
