Marketing Coordinator

Diamond Plastics Corporation is one of today’s leading PVC pipe producers in North America and one of the largest producers in the world with products for both water and sewer applications through 60 inches in diameter. Diamond Plastics has seven manufacturing facilities located strategically across the United States.

Diamond Plastics Corporation has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator. The position is responsible for but not limited to: Creates communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products including graphics, brochures, company or product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products. Researches and develops content for publication of products. Prepares presentations and/or speeches geared towards sales representatives. Coordinate customer events and trade shows including the advertising, direct mail, printing, customer event and/or trade show materials.

• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
• Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
• Measure and assess customer and sales representative satisfaction.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
• Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services.
• Creates, writes, edits, and updates manuals, brochures and marketing materials. Determines formats and general design of information.
• Creates, writes, edits, and updates websites.
• Set up invites to conferences with uniform advertising and marketing material.
• Utilize email and web campaigns to introduce seminars or new products.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Bachelor or Associate Degree or 2-4 Years related experience
