Position Summary:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Recruiting/Hiring/Onboarding
Process candidates through applicant tracking system
Conduct prescreening interviews
Perform background and reference checks
Track and follow up on onboarding paperwork
Update I-9 files
Employee Relations
Conduct weekly orientation
Administer LOA program
Monitor and track FMLA
Track and follow up on quarterly evaluation completion
Benefits Administration
Process enrollment and terminations of all benefits within benefit system
Review enrollment documentation to ensure complete and accurate information is provided including employee signatures on all benefit enrollment forms
Respond to employee questions regarding eligibility
Track benefit eligibility and follow up on applications as necessary
COBRA entry and benefit management upon employee termination
File, process and keep accurate records regarding workers compensation claims
Enrollment and termination in 401K system
Audit billing to ensure accuracy
