About the Role: As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll embark on a fulfilling career assisting residents affected by traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Your responsibilities will include daily care, activity coordination, and documentation for group home/semi-independent living clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and assist clients with activities of daily living
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the Group Home Manager
- Record client behaviors and responses accurately and objectively
- Administer medications and document according to company policies
- Provide transportation for clients to planned activities
- Contribute to household maintenance activities as scheduled

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability working across all shift times, weekends, and holidays
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, motor vehicle history report and employment references
