PPC Account Manager

We are looking for a PPC Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients by using the Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads platforms. The PPC Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients. This person is responsible for analyzing Pay Per Click media performance, using data and analytical skills and tools to optimize outcomes from all PPC activities.

Job Responsibilities

PPC Account Manager develops new business from existing clients. The PPC Account Manager actively strives to improve and enhance client’s current account performance by recommending additional types of online advertising campaigns, keeping abreast of any trends that may affect client’s account performance and optimizing all features of a client’s account to ensure it is performing to the required company standards.

PPC Manager provides weekly and monthly reports of performance statistics to clients.

You understand project management, enjoy the challenge of managing multiple projects, varying project types, and love being the hub of information and action. You enjoy having some autonomy, but are also comfortable in a support role managing the detail of interactive projects, scheduling and resource managing. Candidates must be forward thinking and current on emerging digital trends.

• Ultimately and of highest importance is to sustain and improve client’s ROI by optimizing, measurement and analysis of their online marketing campaigns.
• The manager is responsible for overall performance and ensuring excellent traffic from ads to the client’s websites and webpages.
• Implement best +practices to improve traffic and conversions. Create PPC campaigns to the most relevant and effective networks based on analysis, monitoring, review and active decision-making.
• Assess and understand business objectives, translating those goals into a PPC strategy and action plan.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in search marketing.
• Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.
• Be fully responsible for managing Adwords and Bing Ads campaigns to revenue targets within ROI requirements.
• Implement, modify, and adapt new procedures for paid search management.
• Ability to be hands-on when needed to build out campaigns, features, make account adjustments, etc.
• Troubleshoot fluctuations in conversion rate, CTR, quality score, etc.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to develop trusted advisor relationships with all PPC accounts
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client’s needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
• Forecast and track PPC account metrics
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate and identify options to grow opportunities
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

• Proven work experience as a PPC Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet client needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Prefer Google Certified

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write ad and landing page copy to drive high conversion rates and click through rates, while following Google’s best practices
• Write ad content for eBay listings following eBay standards
• Work cooperatively with key team members and clients
• Take ownership of daily project needs and communications
• Communicate project status and deliverables with managers
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication
• Direct Placement brand and reputation management
• Other duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The PPC Account Manager tasks are performed primarily in an office setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
