Requirements and skills
- Attention to detail is required
- Self-starter
- Ability to identify new processes that are effective and efficient
- Adherence to process
- Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
- Ability to wear multiple hats and accept new tasks/challenges
Based in the U.S. is not a requirement. However, you should be authorized to work in the U.S. and work within Eastern Time hours of operation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
