Experience with Sage/Peachtree or accounting software
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Previously worked in a construction office/environment
Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects and interruptions with ease and professionalism
Strong Organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask
Duties include:
Accounts payable/Accounts receivable
Daily cash receipts and disbursements
General Ledger maintenance and job costing
Manage auto and business insurance
Update and track subcontractor certificates of insurance and W-9s
Prepare annual 1099s
Answering phones
Assist with maintaining and developing an organized filing system
General Administrative office duties and other duties as assigned
