Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews and travel as needed for candidates
Work with hiring managers and their interview teams to review calendars / availability
Work with Travel coordinators when interviews require flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.
Correspond with candidates to ensure they are kept up-to-date
Ensure confirmations are provided from all panelists
Maintain friendly, informative demeanor and professional aptitude in driving interview logistics
Be the main point of contact for candidate and hiring managers on the day of interviews
Greet candidates
Be the point of contact for panelists
Revise schedules on the go in instances where availabilities shift unexpectedly
Maintain friendly demeanor and professional composure when interacting with candidates
Manage due diligence in preboarding and onboarding new hires
Complete background checks and escalating issues through the adjudication process
Enroll new hire in orientation(s)
Ensure logistics specific to the new hire are completed, including any coordination / communication with other internal service providers e.g. IT, Facilities, Security, etc.
Complete technical actions in our applicant tracking system
Assist with special projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to think creatively and take initiative to resolve issues to ensure quality experiences for candidates and hiring managers
Self-starter with a positive attitude
Demonstrable organizational skills
Diplomacy, strong business acumen, integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to multi-task
Problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Customer service oriented attitude
Efficient computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ATS (preferably Workday) and HRIS (preferably SAP)
Required Education:
