Distinct Hiring for Staff Accountant Job at Brookline, MA Full Time

OVERVIEW

Joining as a Staff Accountant you’ll be working for a sub section of the business apart of a wider finance team reporting to the CFO.

The CFO cares about his team, wanting to support you whether you’re looking for development in the long term or looking to work in a collaborative environment where your viewpoint will be taken on board.

You’ll have a solid 2 years’ experience as a minimum in this type of role, confident with the full month end close, financial reporting, balance sheets etc allowing you to step in from day one and support the team.

They’re in the Non-Profit sector so they don’t have the budget for additional bonus’ or fancy incentives, but they will provide you with a great work life balance. Working for the sub section also have a more community feel, and people generally do love working here.

You’ll need to be in a commutable distance to Brookline as this is where you’ll be based for the training period. Once that’s completed, you’ll have the flexibility to be based out of Randolph or Revere if you live more north or south with options to work 2 days remotely.
