Job Description

DL & Associates, LLC is an Intuit QuickBooks Solution Providers in the Chicago area and provides QuickBooks accounting system integration, data migration, consultation, custom programming and IT services to its clients.DL & Associates, LLC is looking for a full-time Account Manager for its business expansion. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and enthusiastic in software application and provide satisfactory customer onboarding experience throughout the sales cycle.Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers to upsell the QuickBooks service and software license renewal.
• Provide basic QuickBooks product support to the existing customers; identify and solve problems related to QuickBooks software and services using a consultative sales approach.
• Contact prospects obtained through various incoming leads channels.
• Close sales.
• Work with different software partners to provide alternative solutions to the prospect.
• Meet the sales quota given.
• Offer additional consultative services, products and license renewal to the prospects.
• Provide consultations to the house-account customers in choosing the right software applications.
• Develop strong and positive relationships with the house-account customers
• Must pass basic QuickBooks application knowledge test at the end of the first three months of employment.

Qualifications:

• 1-year of Bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience is a must
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year business college with accounting 101 class completed is required.
• Experience with working with other accounting software partners.
• Ability to identify the customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ability to meet and exceed the expected sales goals.
• Excellent closing skills.
• Must be a fast self-learner and problem solver.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Must have competent communication skills both in verbal and written.
• Must pass a drug screening test and criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per yearSchedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
