DLP Capital Hiring for Chief Operating Officer at St Augustine, FL Full Time

The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for leading DLP Capital’s operations and technology department, driving execution, enabling growth, and providing extraordinary service to our investors and operators. This leader is consistently improving processes and workflow, leveraging technology and driving a culture of ownership, leadership and execution throughout the organization.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

• 5+ years experience working in private credit & direct lending
• 3+ years banking experience
• Strong IT/technical background
• Experience leading operations for a multi-department or business line organization of 3 billion in assets and over 200 team members
• Direct multi-family real estate experience
• Experience in providing both debt and subordinate capital, including equity/mezzanine lending

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

• Build deep knowledge across finance/lending platforms.
• Ensure clear transaction pipelines and complete reporting.
• Lead operations across DLP with a primary focus around financing of communities.
• Lead technology and IT across DLP Capital.
• Lead database architecture, visualization, and reporting.
• Lead document management.
• Own implementation and execution of the CEO’s vision and objectives.
• Lead DLP capital operating financial performance, complete variance reports, and ensure accountability for every dollar.
• Organize monthly presentations to the CEO on business performance.
• Lead the elite execution system including but not limited to ROCKS, Wigs, meetings, etc.
• Lead solving issues (IDS) throughout organization.
• Lead DLP Capital Guide.
• Lead integration and closing of any company acquisitions; including active role in bank acquisitions
• Spearhead the utilization of technology and processes to drive DLP’s brand promises across the lending platform, including loan servicing and draw management.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations with all direct reports.
• Lead DLP Capital’s Quarterly Clarity Session.
• Lead CRM utilization to drive revenue & customer relations, including likely CRM replacement.
• Lead all internal and external reporting.
• Own transaction and pipeline reporting and maximization.
• Capture title revenue.
• Own all communication systems – phones, email, email signatures, etc.
• Lead scaling of servicing platform, including achievement and maintenance of ratings.
• Lead expansion of government loan program.
• Lead value engineering of systems and processes.
