This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts, and help our pet parents purchase the right daycare offering for their needs. This person should love dogs and their pet parents.

The core responsibility of this role is to grow the number of dogs in daycare.

• Fully understand the daycare and boarding model

• Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of daycare, and why Dogtopia is special

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center

• Convert leads to a Meet & Greet at the Center

• Conduct the Facility Tour for prospective pet parents during the Meet & Greet

• Convert Meet & Greets to a daycare trial

• Convert daycare trials to daycare pass purchase

• Increase daycare usage among existing pet parents

• Deliver daily progress reporting on all goals

• Plan and manage the Social Media for the Center

• Establish and manage the community marketing effort for the Center

• Manage the referral program

Requirements

• Proven work experience and success in a similar sales role

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

• Ability to work independently

• Excellent selling and communication skills

• Prioritization, time management and organizational skills

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
