The Alliance Account Manager serves as the primary liaison with Dominion and our large, key strategic alliance clients, managing all aspects of the assigned account(s). Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives, provide excellent customer service and implement new products and services. Routinely answer client queries across a broad range of topics.
