Overview As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices, and reconciling bank statements. Your attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software will ensure accurate financial transactions within the organization.

- Record day-to-day financial transactions
- Maintain and balance general ledger accounts

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
