In short, the Recruiting Manager position exist to keep strong talent flowing into Doyle Construction Company, both at the college entry level as well as the experienced veteran tier.
COLLEGE RECRUITMENT PROGRAM-
1. Sign up for career fairs and organize team (VP, BD, etc) and materials to attend
2. Have ongoing postings for positions on university websites and regularly review and interview applicants.
3. Internship program
a. Lead weekly calls with intern class
b. Ensure group has 4-5 extraordinary members per year
c. Conduct reviews with intern participants at the end of program each session
EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONAL RECRUITMENT PROGRAM
1. Employment Postings-Manage and review applicants on indeed, AngelList, or other forms
2. Direct potential team member outreach via linkedin or email
3. Outside Recruiters-Have network of outside recruiters and regularly review for extraordinary potential candidates.
