Dr. Berg Nutritionist is hiring a competent HR Generalist!
If you have a passion for organization, assisting in the recruitment and hiring process and working with people one-on-one, this position is perfect for you!
Job Duties:
- Assisting in the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process for all jobs, contractor and employee.
- Handling administration for the HR department and corresponding with applicants via phone and email.
- Reviewing applications and determining which candidates would be a good fit, based on their skills, education, and communication.
- Organizing folders within Microsoft OneDrive and personnel folders within our HRIS- we use BambooHR.
- Scheduling and assisting in interviews with applicants.
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience with HR and the recruiting and hiring full cycle.
- Great communication skills- friendly and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional administration and organization skills.
- Must be able to effectively vet qualified candidates and unqualified candidates.
- Great writing skills; great grammar, spelling and professional and friendly written communication.
- Ability to follow directions exactly and take initiative.
- Great interpersonal skills
This is a part-time position (20-25 hours a week) with possibility of becoming full-time.
Hours can be flexible, but you must be able to work with the 9am-6pm EST time-frame.
$20/hr starting pay
