Local orthodontist Dr. Guthrie Carr is looking to fill the role of a Front Office/Scheduling Coordinator/Administrative Assistant in our fun and lively office

Essential Functions:

• Serves as an initial point of contact for patients
• Responsible for answering incoming calls to include, new patient calls, emergencies, scheduling patient appointments, and requesting records.
• Manage Patient schedule for office
• Responsible for gathering all necessary information for new patients and scheduling consultations at appropriate times
• Schedule all patient appointments according to the doctor’s preferences
• Manage all social media platforms
• Become familiar with orthodontic terminology and different types of appointments
• Communicates with staff to update on schedule changes
• Perform all other necessary administrative tasks as needed

Office hours 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday.

Fridays and weekends are off!
