Summary: Business Administration
We are looking for an administrative person who can help keep payroll, accounting, billing, parts/supply receiving management, tow dispatching management, and more.

We are a growing company and looking for someone who is looking for long term growth.

This position is focused on managing the business administration side of the company and keeping all the accounting organized and up to date. Someone who knows how to stay organized, accomplish goals, and reduce costs and increase efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable/payable

• Quickbooks
• Reconciliation of banking
• HR/Payroll
• General Ledger Accounting
• Pay State and Local Taxes
• Negotiate with Vendors
• Manage Office Staff
• Creating efficient processes
• Reducing Costs
• Organizing Filing Systems/Procedures
• General Office Management
