Drive N-Motion Hiring for Automotive Service Manager Job at Colorado Springs, CO Full Time

NOTE REQUIREMENT: The only candidates that will be contacted and considered will be those that have had a minimum of one full year of complete management over an auto dealership’s Parts & Service Department and that have managed a minimum of 10 employees. The incumbent is responsible for efficient and timely processing of used vehicle reconditioning for all vehicles supporting and achieving the Drive N-Motion 7-day turn-around target. The position involves, but is not limited to, the following:

Manage, write, and track all vehicle reconditioning repair orders

Responsible for communication, work allocation, supervision and training of a team of Technicians, Parts Staff, Service Writers and Detailers to ensure efficient and productive team performance and a compliant reconditioning process

Increased vehicle gross and average monthly sales by providing high quality, front line ready vehicles ready to be placed on-line in a timely manner (= 7 days from arrival)

Achieve maximum production and expense control

Experience in building and managing high-performance teams

Strong drive for continuous improvement

Comfortable with managing complex processes

Hands-on mentality, someone who is not afraid to jump in at any stage of a process when needed

Protect the legal, financial and moral wellbeing of the company

Ensure a positive relationship between the dealership and all vendor relationships

Be a teacher and trainer to support the efforts of other employees to be successful

See ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service
